We are looking for a Billing Lead — a leader who can take charge of a team of 35 people and oversee billing processes. You won’t just do the work; you will be a generator of ideas and a catalyst for change. Here, you can fully express yourself!

What we expect from you:

  • Courage and decisiveness, as you are someone who isn’t afraid to experiment and is ready to go against the grain to set new standards.

  • Willingness to adapt and the ability to quickly change your approach when you see an opportunity to improve processes.

  • Knowledge of analytics, the ability to "read" data, and turning it into real solutions that enhance team efficiency.

  • You always know what problem you are solving and how to bring your ideas to life for maximum impact.

What you’ll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in billing.

  • Experience working with payment systems (PayPal, Solid, Stripe, Paycore, etc.) and in dispute resolution.

  • Proficiency in working with analytical tools (Tableau, Amplitude) and large data sets.

  • Experience working in the US and European markets.

  • English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
